Sarah Craven Cook

Sarah serves on the EY University Relations and Foundation team helping to develop the strategies, priorities, and key relationships with schools and colleges in support of the firms evolving STEM and sustainability needs.  She works across the Americas to support the Consulting and Technology capabilities of EY and its future talent pipeline. She is also responsible for coordinating US participation in the annual Global Open Science Data Challenge, Innovation Challenges and other academic engagement opportunities with the firm. Sarah earned her B.S. degree in Human and Natural Ecology at Emory University that has sparked a lifelong interest in sustainability and community health.  She started her career as the conservation program and volunteer coordinator for a national environmental organization helping communities in Louisiana and Alabama tackle issues of environmental justice, wetlands protection, and land use planning.  Prior to joining EY, Sarah led the department of alumni and constituent relations at Emory University.

Throughout her career, Sarah has volunteered on sustainability initiatives and currently serves as the EY Sustainability Champion for the Americas through the firm’s Eco-Innovators network. Its mission is the catalyze, support and provoke EY to become the leading professional services firm for climate and environmental action. She has also organized a number of initiatives and community volunteer activities to support EY Ripples and its aim to positively impact one billion lives by 2030 earning her the designation in 2023 as EY Changemaker.
