Jodie is a social and environmental impact leader working with nonprofits, philanthropies and values-driven businesses. For 17 years she has developed strategies and led campaigns to change policies, shift narratives and advance transformative change.

As Strategic Communications Director at the European Climate Foundation, Jodie advises programs and leads grant-making for strategic communications efforts to build political, media and public support for climate action in Europe and internationally. Prior experience includes leading public engagement campaigns for global philanthropies, such as the LEGO Foundation, and running a bilingual communications team to accompany Indigenous Peoples in their fight to defend their rights and the Amazon rainforest. She spent nearly a decade working at Sierra Club, where she led the largest grassroots campaign in the U.S. to successfully advocate for 100% clean energy policy commitments from more than 150 cities and 7 states.
